Welcome to SSPWebsites, the paper free online package built specifically for School Sport Partnerships.
Now in it's fourth incarnation, the system allows you to reduce the paperwork of your partnership, take all bookings and reservations online, provide access to resources and materials useful to you SSCo's and PLT's and keep everyone involved and up-to-date with the latest goings on.
Below is a brief description of features available with an SSP Website
Keep in touch with your colleagues and site visitors with the increased functionality you get with the Newsletter Sender Module. Add rich content and include the latest goings on in your partnership with just a few clicks.
Every sspwebsite comes with it's own bespoke design done especially for you. We can work with you to create a new brand identity for your partnership, or maybe you already have a logo that just needs a little bit of a polish. Whatever the situation, your site won't go live until you are 100% happy with how it looks.
As your partnership develops and evolves over time, add and edit unlimited features of your partnership (how it's funded, new programs you're introducing) essentially allowing those involved directly and indirectly to understand how your partnership is run and what you're trying to achieve.
Essential family information is unlikely to change on a regular basis, but the SSP Website allows you to freely add and edit all relevant information from school names and contact details to the details of the SSCo's and PLT's associated with them.
As events are added or updated on your calendar, all necessary staff are automatically emailed with the relevant information. This saves you time and a great deal of paperwork whilst also ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date with your partnership's goings on.
As well as the calendar view, all your events are also accessible using the listing views. Based upon their preference, a user might prefer to use this way of browsing if they have an interest in a specific type of event.
Use this area to write about anything from events that are about to take place, interesting evolvements within your partnership to the success of festivals you may have run.
Messages are sent by email and also stored in an inbox on the website itself for ease of access and as a backup.
This data is then stored on the website and can be downloaded in a format easy to import into an email program such as Outlook.
We will soon be introducing a new module, allowing you to send out newsletters directly through the system using pre-designed templates. This will be a fully automated system, allowing you to add pictures and text to visually appealing emails and even setting the time and date you wish them to be sent. The pre-designed newsletter templates will also be customised to your partnership, including your logo and contact details.
Organise the clubs by sport and create individual profile pages to allow further information such as contact details, pictures and special requirements to be shown.
The easy to use admin management system allows clubs to be added, edited and removed by a click of a button giving you more flexibility than ever before.
The resources section acts as the place to store documents associated with your partnership and events. It now also enables you to attach these files to other areas of your site increasing their exposure and availability to your users.
You have the option to close off this section from the general public therefore only allowing those involved within your partnership to gain access.
All photos are automatically re-sized to fit within your site design, with the original file retained on the system so users can print them off or use them in thier own presentations.
If you choose to hide the gallery from public view, as you have the ability to create new user account types you are able to provide parents and students with login details to access this section if required.
Create a challenge, choose who can take part, how long it will be running for and the way you want the results to be provided. Once finished the system will stop new results being added and work out the winner automatically!
Whether you administer the challenges yourself or delegate this to a competition manager, you can choose which results to publish on the site.
When a PLT logs into the website, on their account homepage is featured a PLT claim area – this contains links to make a new claim, view previous claims and a counter of how many PLT days they have remaining.
The management of the PLT claims is then fully automated whereby the PDM has access to accept or decline a claim through to creating PDF reports that satisfy the paper trail required by the audit.
The user account features allows you to add, edit and delete an unlimited number of users.
The latest version of the SSP Website allows you to grant different levels of access to different users. This means you can allow different users to do more or less depending upon their position.
Thanks to the feedback from numerous partnerships around the country, an SSP Website features tools to aid the management of event bookings, resources, finances, courses and general information about you and your team.
We are starting to put together a tutorials section to help you with the day-to-day use of your SSPWebsite.
